LIMITED WARRANTY
OYO Instruments, LP warrants this product (excluding printhead) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. The thermal printhead is warranted for a period of three months from date of shipment. Thermal printhead warranty may be extended to a full year with the execution of a film supply contract.
