The GS-612-P Thermal Plotter is built for portability.  Its small size and rugged construction with a waterproof case make it an ideal output device for seismic, industrial, and military applications.  The direct thermal dry plotting process assures crisp clear plots and uniform image density regardless of ambient temperature and humidity.

The GS-612-P plots a 12 inch wide 200 DPI image on thermal paper or film.  The plot and print speed runs at a fast 1 to 4 inches per second.  Data is displayed in either ASCII code or graphic form.

The unit operates horizontally, vertically, or at any degree of tilt and it is plug-to-plug compatible with a Versatec V-80 parallel interface.

The GS-612-P is easy to operate and maintain.  The only moving part in the plotting process is the stepper motor, and maintenance is limited to periodic head cleaning.

The GS-612-P is environmentally safe, virtually maintenance-free, and incredibly reliable.
